Shipping policy

Where we ship

United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally yet, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed over a weekend go out the following week.

Shipping rates

Choose your shipping speed at checkout. Rates are calculated live from USPS based on your address and the weight of your order, and are shown before you pay. Orders of $70 or more ship free.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and weather, holidays and carrier delays can push them out.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, contact us.

Preorders and drops

Drop items are made in limited runs. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page at the time you order. If that date moves we will email you with the new date, and you can keep the order or cancel it for a full refund. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order and no later date was stated, you may cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy

Check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address before an order ships if you contact us quickly. Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the original shipping, or reshipped once you cover the new postage.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, check with your household and neighbours, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will open a claim with the carrier and work it through with you.
